TBH70 Fully Automatic Horizontal Baler
TBH70 fully automatic horizontal baler: 70-ton pressing force, four-wire automatic tying and a 500–750 kg bale range.
- Main Pressing Force
- 70 ton
- Feed Chamber
- 110 × 130 × 85
- Automatic Tying
- 4 wires
TBH70 and TBH150 are distinct THE BALER horizontal-baler configurations. Review each model’s dimensions, drive package, tying arrangement, feed system and material-dependent outputs independently; values must not be transferred between models.
Two-Ram Balers: Two-Ram balers use a main ram for compression and a separate ejector ram for discharge. Exact chamber, feed, tying or retention and output arrangements must be confirmed against the material and the project-specific machine architecture.
TBH70 fully automatic horizontal baler: 70-ton pressing force, four-wire automatic tying and a 500–750 kg bale range.
TBH150 fully automatic horizontal baler with 150-ton main pressing force, five-wire automatic tying and a 1,250–1,500 kg bale range.
Application review
Horizontal orientation does not define the full machine. Feed, chamber, output and control decisions remain application-dependent.
Document material form, density, contamination, variability and how it will be presented to the feed opening.
Define the required feed cycle, operating hours, buffering and the relationship between upstream supply and compression.
Record how the formed output will be discharged, moved, stored and transferred into downstream logistics.
Review layout length, access, foundations, utilities, guarding, control interfaces and service reach.
