Product Definition

Compact downstroke baling for lower-volume recyclable streams.

TB75 is a compact, batch-fed vertical baler for sites that need to convert lower-volume, separated recyclables into stable loads for handling, storage and collection. With the platen raised, the operator opens the upper feed door and distributes loose material evenly across the chamber. The hydraulic drive then moves the platen downward. The loading and compression sequence is repeated until sufficient material has accumulated to form a complete bale. Binding is completed through the chamber channels, after which the lower door is opened and the finished bale is removed for onward handling. Typical streams include dry corrugated cardboard, office and production paper, clean plastic film, empty PET bottles, light rigid plastic containers and manageable textile off-cuts. Feed streams should remain separated and free from liquids, hazardous residues and hard objects that could obstruct the chamber. Bale density and final weight are not fixed outputs: both change with material grade, spring-back, moisture, contamination, loading consistency and the number of compression strokes. Site review should also confirm operator access, bale-removal space, electrical supply and the intended handling method.

  1. Compact Machine Envelope

    The TB75 machine envelope is 2300 × 1040 × 750 mm, with an 1800 mm transport height.

  2. Material-Aware Output

For the 735 × 700 × 500 mm bale format, the 75 kg reference varies with material composition and condition.

  3. Control Configuration

The configuration basis supports PLC-controlled automatic operation, with a manual arrangement available by request.

Material Preparation and Application

Prepare lower-volume recyclables for reliable batch baling.

TB75 is best matched to clean, separated streams that can be loaded safely through its compact chamber opening. Review the physical form of each material—not only its name—because moisture, spring-back, contamination and load distribution directly affect bale formation and handling.

The 75 kg figure is a material-dependent reference, not a guaranteed output. Representative material should be reviewed whenever grade, moisture, preparation or contamination can differ from the normal feed stream.

  • Corrugated Cardboard

Dry cartons and board off-cuts should be flattened where practical and cleared of rigid inserts, strapping and excessive tape. Even loading helps avoid a dense centre with loose bale edges.

  • Paper and Production Trim

Office paper, print-room trim and comparable fibre grades should be kept dry and separated from food residue, laminated composites and confidential material requiring a controlled destruction route.

  • Plastic Film and Stretch Wrap

Clean film can be introduced in manageable folded or loose batches. Hard cores, long trailing strips and heavily contaminated wrap should be removed before loading.

  • PET and Light Rigid Plastics

Bottles and light containers should be empty, depressurised and free from incompatible contents. Closed pressure vessels, aerosol cans and containers with hazardous residues are outside this material basis.

  • Textile Off-Cuts

Clean, dry textile pieces can be reviewed where their dimensions allow controlled chamber loading. Loose fibre and long strips require particular attention to containment and operator handling.

  • Bale Handling Basis

Confirm the expected bale route before production begins: removal clearance, floor condition, weighing, identification, temporary storage and the equipment used to move the completed bale all matter.
